We will need a guaranteed number of attendees and a prepayment of the estimated costs 48 hours prior to your event. All cancellations are required 48 hours prior to the event to avoid full cancellation charges.   Last minute meetings or events “pop up” we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

“Special orders” (menus that vary from our web offerings and require the Chef’s assistance in planning) must be finalized 72 hours prior to the event.

All menus include disposables and any appropriate condiments.  Labor, linen, tables and china are additional charges.

We have a professional staff that is ready to serve you and will provide Servers, Bartenders and any additional Staff your event commands.  Our fees for servers are $35 per hour per server member, $65 per hour per bartender and $75 per hour to have our Chef-attended carving station.
